Returns and Refunds
If you need to exchange a product purchased at www.tiesandbows.com, you are requested to follow following guidelines/process:
- Inform Ties and Bows, in writing via email to info@mozbrands.com
within 7 days of delivery requesting for an exchange. In the case of exchange due to damaged or defect of the product, please do attached a picture of the damage, if possible.
- Then your request for exchange is received, Ties and Bows will arrange the item(s) to be picked up and it the responsibility of the purchaser to hand over the item(s) to be exchanged in original condition and carefully repacked. Item(s) should be new, unused, and with all original labels/tags still attached. Item(s) that are damaged, soiled, altered and with any signs of usage may not be accepted. The purchased item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. We request you to ensure that they're packed up properly for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to us.
- Once Ties and Bows receive returned item(s), they are carefully inspected. In the case if the return(s) are accepted, new item(s) will be shipped to the buyer and if the return is not accepted, original purchased item will be returned to the buyer.
- Item(s) can be exchanged for a different product(s) subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price, if any.
- Ties and Bows do not provide cash backs or refunds.
